Mariku and the Winged Dragon

PLEASE FULL VIEW!!!! (I actually resized it this time so it isn't huge. SO PLEASE FULL VIEW IT!)

I am SOSOSOSOSO proud of this! It took me FOREVER to draw, FOREVER to outline, and FOREVER to color! I started taking advice from my friend Stara on making my pics look more proffesional. She told me to actually outline the picture in black instead of color or pencil like I have been. It looked so kick-ass I almost didn't want to color it cause Iwas afraid I would ruin it. Then I decided I would color it with block shading instead of soft this time, it turned out pretty well too, though I have to say gold is a bitch to color. I still used about 5 different colors for it. I can add that to the list of things I can't draw; girls, ppl kissing, jeans, chains, and now gold. -_- Sucks a lot...

This was my first time trying to draw the Winged Dragon of Ra. Therefore the porportions are really really off. :winces: I had trouble with the back and the wings, especialy since I was trying to get his tail around Marik's neck. Yeah, that didn't turn out as well as I'd thought, at first galnce you can't really tell that's what it's doing. And the wings look a lot different than the anime cause I finished drawing it looking at my cousin's card, and the wings are much different on the card than in the anime/manga. I didn't realize that until after I outlined it though...

His hand took me FOREVER! (I'm saying that a lot. ) But it did, I was trying to draw it in the car, and I kept screwing up! It still doesn't look quite right. ANd the chains are really really off, and I kinda forgot there are supposed to be two.

But despite my bitching and self-criticism's... (can't spell >.< ) ... it's probably one of the best picture's I've ever done. It might be the best picture I've ever done. It's definatly the best pic of Mariku I've ever done! ^-^ I'm still proud!

Shopping equals insane glee. Well…I more or less thieve, but I count that as shopping, wouldn’t you? Well even if you didn’t it doesn’t matter because I’m right you’re wrong and that’s the end of that story. That and the fact that you wouldn’t argue with me would you? Come on now, be honest!
Man I sound gay…I need to stop that. While I do enjoy gawking at a random guy on the occasion I don’t necessarily need the world to know. These days people find homosexuality either creepy, immoral, or just claim out anti-religious. Feh! Back in Egypt it was okay to fuck your sister! So I really don’t think it should be that big of a deal. Besides I make my attempts not to openly ACT gay so those homophobic bastards don’t get all squirmy…Okay actually sometimes I act gay on purpose just for that reason, but that’s voiding the point. Why am I talking about this? And how the hell did I stray topics THIS early? Fuck, I usually at least get a page in first….I think I’m losing my touch.
